When moving in or out of your home the last thing on your mind is CLEANING. Let us do the dirty work. Move out/in cleaning is designed for deep, thorough cleaning, disinfecting kitchen and bathrooms to have new and refreshed house. For first initial cleaning we have an hourly rate of $35.00 per hour with 3 hours minimum requirement. All supplies are provided. After the first initial cleaning if you decide to become a regular customer, you’ll be given a flat rate.
Performing a deep clean before moving out is beneficial to both parties, especially if you have a security deposit on the line.
How It Works…
Move In / Move Out cleanings are typically booked in teams of 2 unless the home’s size or condition requires a larger team. All appointments are scheduled as an un-timed appointment; which means your team of 3 would stay until completion concentrating on each room from top to bottom, corner to corner.
You’re more than welcome to set a time limit if you’d like but we would not be able to guarantee the completion of your project. You are also more than welcome to create a checklist of rooms or concerns you would like us to focus on during your appointment so that we utilize your time performing specific tasks versus the home in its entirety. Each “Move In” / “Move Out” appointment is booked with a team leader to ensure the team flows smoothly, quickly, and efficiently.
Unless directed by you, we will perform a top to bottom, corner to corner cleaning of your home.
